Its great product, if it works and provide service!

Brought this product From Kogan website, first one month it worked well, then it just dead, can't turn it on. When I asked the sell to fix it, they told me I have sent it to China, what a joke, I brought the product in Australia, they asked me to send it to China!!!

Not good very disappointed

1. it is not IPX5
2. Have button problems
3. They are not take responsiblity
4. After charging, volume button not works
5. Hundred times leave a message on chat but no response

Fine for the price

These are a cheap alternative, so not that loud. Not sure why the other review is talking about an app. Simply put the earphones in Bluetooth pairing mode and pair with your phone.
